Job Description

KALCO Alu-Systems Private Limited is hiring 50 Apprenticeship Trainees for the Site Fitter profile. This role involves assisting in on-site installation, fitting, and maintenance work related to aluminium systems. The apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on site experience, technical skill development, and industry exposure for young candidates.

Stipend / Salary Details

Monthly Stipend (Including DBT):

12th / ITI Candidates: ₹14,000

Diploma Candidates: ₹17,000

Other Benefits:

Overtime: Single OT applicable

Health Insurance Coverage: Up to ₹2,00,000

Facilities (Only for Site Role)

Free Accommodation

Food Allowance:
₹110 per day
(Approx. ₹3,300 per month)

Assist senior technicians and engineers at project sites
Perform aluminium fitting, installation, and assembly work
