Responsibilities

For Teaching Staff (PGT / PRT):

Deliver engaging classroom lectures

Prepare lesson plans & teaching materials

Conduct assessments & evaluate student performance

Maintain classroom discipline

Participate in school activities & meetings

For Supervisor:

Monitor student discipline

Ensure smooth hostel & campus functioning

Assist management in daily operations

Maintain safety & security standards

For Hostel Warden:

Manage hostel operations

Ensure student safety & discipline

Coordinate with parents & school management

Supervise residential students

Qualifications

PGT (Biology / Physics): Post Graduate in Relevant Subject + B.Ed (Preferred)

PRT: Graduate with B.Ed / D.El.Ed

Male Supervisor (Residential): Graduate (Experience Preferred)

Hostel Warden (Male): Post Graduate in Any Subject

Required Skills:

Strong Subject Knowledge

Good Communication Skills (English Preferred)

Classroom Management Skills

Dedicated & Disciplined Personality

Leadership & Student Handling Ability

Residential Staff Preferred
