Job Description

We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor to manage and coordinate workforce at our project site in Kotputli, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing local manpower, maintaining attendance records, managing shifts, and coordinating between the office team and site workers.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership and communication skills with the ability to handle labour teams efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage local manpower for company projects
• Maintain worker attendance and shift schedules
• Coordinate with site supervisors and office management
• Ensure smooth manpower deployment at site
• Handle basic workforce documentation and reporting
• Maintain discipline and productivity of workers

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in manpower or site supervision
• Basic knowledge of attendance and shift management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage labour teams effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Attendance tracking)
