We are hiring Factory Workers / Operators for a manufacturing unit located in Derabassi, Himachal Pradesh. The job involves assisting in factory production processes, operating machines, and supporting supervisors in daily manufacturing operations. Candidates should be physically fit and able to work in shifts.
Selected candidates will receive PF, ESIC, attendance incentives, production incentives, and subsidized canteen facilities.
Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 / Month
CTC: Approx. ₹20,000
PF & ESIC Applicable
Overtime: 4 Hours per day (Single Rate)
Attendance Award: ₹500 per month
Production Incentive Available
Canteen Facility: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Subsidized ₹45 per day)
