We are hiring Factory Workers / Operators for a manufacturing unit located in Village Simbli, Hoshiarpur (Punjab). Candidates should have ITI or Diploma qualification and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
The selected candidates will receive PF, ESIC benefits, attendance rewards, production incentives, and subsidized canteen facilities. The role involves assisting in production operations and supporting supervisors in daily factory activities.
Salary & Benefits
Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 / Month
CTC: Approx. ₹27,500
PF & ESIC Applicable
Overtime: 4 Hours per day (Single Rate)
Attendance Award: ₹500 per month
