Job Description

We are hiring Factory Workers / Operators for a manufacturing unit located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates will be responsible for assisting in production operations, machine handling, and supporting supervisors in daily manufacturing activities.

Selected candidates will receive PF, ESIC benefits, attendance rewards, and production incentives.

Salary & Benefits

Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 / Month

CTC: Approx. ₹20,000

PF & ESIC Applicable

Overtime: 4 Hours per day (Single Rate)

Attendance Award: ₹500 per month

Production Incentive Available

Eligibility

Age Limit: 18 – 35 Years

Fresher and experienced both can apply

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 5th – 12th Pass
Basic understanding of factory production work
Ability to work in shifts and overtime
Physically fit for manufacturing work
Discipline and teamwork ability
