Job Purpose: The WFM Specialist-SM is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Workforce Management (WFM) systems in field operations. This role ensures seamless coordination between on-ground teams and digital applications to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and task allocation. By leveraging technology and process improvements, the WFM Team Member contributes to achieving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and aligning field operations with organizational objectives. The role also focuses on troubleshooting field application issues, providing training to field staff, and ensuring compliance with established workflows and quality standards.
