Responsibilities
We are seeking a Frontend Developer – HTML/CSS to support high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you will collaborate with leading AI organizations to improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of AI-generated frontend outputs.
You will work closely with a highly skilled team to evaluate, annotate, and refine AI responses related to frontend structure, styling, layout, and UI best practices. Your contributions will directly influence how state-of-the-art AI models generate clean, accessible, and production-ready frontend code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate and review AI-generated frontend responses focused on HTML and CSS to improve correctness, structure, and visual clarity.
- Evaluate markup and styling solutions for semantic correctness, maintainability, and adherence to modern web standards.
- Assess AI-generated layouts for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Analyze UI implementations for consistency, spacing, typography, color usage, and alignment with design best practices.
- Provide detailed feedback on common issues such as improper semantics, inefficient CSS, layout breakages, or accessibility gaps.
- Help train AI models by reviewing frontend-related prompts and rating the quality of generated solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including semantic markup and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
- Good understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-device compatibility.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), ARIA basics, and inclusive UI practices.
- Ability to review and critique frontend code for clarity, structure, and best practices
- Interest in contributing to the improvement of large-scale AI systems and foundational models.
- Basic understanding of frontend workflows and design-to-code translation is a plus.
